What is a Paint & Sip?

A Paint & Sip is exactly what it sounds like - you paint, you sip, and you have a great time doing it.

You don't need any experience, any special skills, or even confidence. A friendly art guide walks you through a painting step by step, so everyone leaves with something they actually made - and usually a big smile to go with it.

You bring your drinks and favourite nibbles. We handle everything else.

Welcome to Acres of Art

Acres of Art is a creative event space set on a working farm near Pakenham, Victoria.

We run relaxed, beginner-friendly Paint & Sip events in a cosy country-style shed studio - the kind of place where you slow down, have a laugh, and make something you're genuinely proud of. Whether you're catching up with friends, celebrating with your hens party crew, or doing something a little different for your team, this is a place to connect and create.

No pressure. No mess at home. Just good company, a guided painting experience, and memories worth keeping.

What We Offer

🎨 Paint & Sip Events

Our signature event. A guided painting session in our farm shed studio - all canvas, paint, and brushes provided. You BYO drinks and nibbles. Open to complete beginners and anyone who just wants a fun creative afternoon or evening.

🎨Glow in the Dark Events

An "After dark" only event. This is still a guided paint and sip session but there are no rules on what to paint . When the basics are done the lights are dulled to just our black lights to make the paint Glow as it flows. A fun experience with all art supplies provided. You BYO drinks and nibbles and friends for this nighttime glowing fun.

🖼️ Paint, Flip and Frame Events

This is all about switching off, having a chat, getting creative and enjoying some relaxing time out.

No drawing skills needed — just come along, relax and create! A fun and relaxing art session where you can create your beautiful framed artwork — even if you think you're not artistic! You’ll start by choosing your design and tracing it onto glass or perspex. Then flip it over and fill your picture with paint from the back. Once your painting is finished, you’ll add a coloured paper background, place it into a frame and take home your very own creation.
Come along with a friend, make something beautiful and enjoy a couple of hours of creative relaxation at Acres of Art.

🎨 Paint your Pet Portrait specialists !

🐾 Paint Your Pet – A One-of-a-Kind Creative Event 🐾. Limited to just 10 painters — Capture your furry (or feathered!) friend on canvas in this special Paint Your Pet session. Simply send us one photo of your pet (or favourite animal if you don't own a pet) before the event, and we’ll have your canvas sketched and ready to paint when you arrive — no drawing skills needed! This is one of our most popular events and takes 3 hours to complete.
