Bring your favourite people together for a Paint Your Pet party at Acres of Art and create a colourful portrait of the pet you love.

You don't need to be able to draw. You don't even need to be particularly artistic.

Penny does the tricky part for you.

🐾 How does Paint Your Pet work?

Before your session, each painter sends through a favourite photo of their pet.

Penny uses your photo to pre-sketch your pet onto your canvas, ready for you to paint when you arrive.

Then it's your turn.

With step-by-step guidance, you'll bring your pet portrait to life using acrylic paints.

You'll be surprised at what you can create!

Minimum group size:
🌞 10am–4pm: Minimum 6 painters
🌙 5pm onwards: Minimum 10 painters

We like our Paint your Pet groups to be small and intimate.

Private groups generally cater for up to 12 painters,

With larger groups welcome by arrangement.

Private Paint Your Pet sessions are suitable for 6–12 painters. We like these events to be small and intimate.

🌿 Paint, sip and enjoy the farm

Your session takes place in our rustic private studio on our working farm in Pakenham.

Bring your own drinks and nibbles, choose your playlist and settle in for a relaxed afternoon or evening of painting.

With country views and plenty of space, it's a very different experience from a typical art class.

📸 Your pet photo

For the best result, you'll need to provide a clear photo of your pet approximately one week before your session.

A good photo makes a big difference, so we'll give you some guidance on choosing the right one.

Frequently Asked Questions

Do I need to know how to draw?
No! Your canvas is pre-sketched from your pet's photo, and Penny guides you through the painting.

Do I keep my pet ?
YES ! Each painter gets to take their pet painting home.

When do I need to send my pet photo?
Photos should be provided at least one week before your event.

Can I paint more than one pet?
This can depend on the photo and available space on the canvas. Let us know what you're thinking when you enquire.

Can I bring food and drinks?
Yes. Private sessions are BYO drinks and nibbles.

Not planning a Pet party?
